The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at W. R. Grace in May 2010.


The interview process is quite longer than usual. I already had undergone 4 separate interviews in separate schedules, that already includes the panel interview and then there's another one after that. i'm not sure if that's already the final. Well, the questions where pretty harder than usual especially in the panel interview. One qustion was " what criteria will you use if you were to choose someone to get promoted among your subordinates? Well, its really good if you have read or gone through audiobooks for leadership series and personal achievement. during those hours, you need to speak positive and intelligent view in every situational questions they throw at you.
