Interview Details – The process was very detailed, I met with two sets of interviewers, and they asked a variety of questions mainly how I dealt with staff.

Interview Question – No difficult questions, all were pretty general questions one would expect when interviewing for a management position.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I went in with a number I required and they matched it. Very easy.

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at W.W. Grainger in August 2013.

Interview Details – The process for hiring requires the candidate to have a phone interview with the recruiter. Once that screening is done and the candidate passes, s/he must meet in person with the hiring manager and some of his/her team members. If one passes that, one is offered or notified of the acceptance/ decline of the job.

Interview Question – There are over 50 questions asked in a session, it is hard to pick what is the most difficult or unexpected.   Answer Question

Interview Details – Panel interview with behavioral questions regarding the competencies / skills they were looking for regarding the position. The position was for ARMY and some other federal locations

Interview Question – They were apparently looking for a detailed business plan and someone with national footprint experience. Most unexpected is what is negative coaching i have received from a manager? when i answered, they continued to push on what it was, When I tried to turn it to how i took the coaching and act on it, i could not get them to let me turn it around.   Answer Question
