Junior Programmer at WBHO

No Offer – Interviewed in Johannesburg (South Africa) Feb 2009 – Reviewed Aug 24, 2009

Interview Details – The interview was organised after being shortlisted by the recruitment agency. The panel interview consisted of three team members including their manager. They asked general personality questions. They were quite relaxed and very professional. The manager was more interested in my personality traits than anything technical. The second team member described the job itself and the others gauged my response to the familiarity or lack of pertaining the concepts that were being described. The junior member asked programming specific questions. The manager then spoke about the company. The interview lasted about 45 minutes.
