Showed up at the loca "store front" office for WIS and waited 15-minutes for interviewer who never showed. In looking through the window, the office set-up looked like a scam--no permanent office furniture, etc. Just folding chairs and desks.

hiring and interview process was easy since I knew someone within the organization. I took the job because I needed something to keep me busy. I feel employees are not paid enough for the work that they do. Some of the supervisors and managers are totally unprofessional and treat employees with alot of disrespect. Managment needs to provide the employees with aprons if requested.

Didn't care for the interview process. I needed the job and I was mislead by the phone call I got from the hiring department. The interview was a joke. I walked in was never given a drug test and told to show up and start working with no training.

There was no negotiation phase. I walked in, was interviewed and not even asked if I wanted the position. I was told to show up on a specified date at a specified time and start working. No training, no chance to think about it. No drug test, nothing, hired on the spot and have regretted it ever since.

I applied online, and received an email a few days later from the Area Manager, telling me to call the office, and set up an interview. When I arrived there were about 15 applicants there for the interview. The manager and 2 other employees were explaining the job, and then showed us a video of the duties. After the video, the 3 employees started 1:1 interviews with everyone. A few days later, I received another email..which was an offer of employment.

One good thing is that they are flexible, and willing to work around your schedule. you cannot negotiate your wage. You start out at $8.75, and are not guaranteed hours...unless you've been there long enough, and are one of the faster counters.

This was my first interview and am waiting to be notified if I will go further in the interview process.
I submitted my resume and received an email back the next day, asking for a time when we could arrange a phone interview. Through a few prompt emails we settled on a day and time. The interviewee called exactly on time.
This first interview was a phone interview. The interviewee was very nice and relaxed. She first asked me if I had any questions and then proceeded to ask me some questions. The questions were not difficult and pretty standard.
Questions:
I was asked 5 questions and to simply rate on a scale of 1-5. These were personality related
I was next asked another 5 yes/no questions about management. Such as "have you ever managed more than 15 people" and so on.
I was also asked about my driving record since the manager will drive people to the location. They will run a background check on you.
After the interview was over the interviewee gave me the names of the people that would contact me for my next interview if they were interested. She asked when would be a good time to reach me within the next week, so I suspect they try to arrange a 2nd interview within a week.
Make sure to have done some research on the company, they did ask my my expected salary which glass door provides for the position. Also I think bringing in the things I learned about the company helped me a lot. Finally, make sure you come with a number of relevant questions(this pertains to any job interview).

Was contacted by a recruiter and spoke for 20-30 min then was forwarded to the area manager for a second interview. The manager had alot of issues answering calls but after 2 weeks i finally got the second interview with her then was forwarded to the operations manager for the area and completed a third interview then was contacted the next day to schedule an 1:1 interview for the following week. After completing that interview i was offered the job and completed new hire paperwork. A week later i still had not heard from the hiring manager so i contacted her and was told she would get back with me in the next day or so. I waited a week then emailed her to check on the status of my start date and was answered by an email from the recruiter telling me that they had decided to keep looking. This interview process was a joke and kinda left me hanging out to dry the saving grace was that i did not quit my other job since i had a feeling something was off about these people

My interview was not the norm. I "interviewed" with about 4 other people in a small room at their main office. We were supposed to be interviewed as a group and then 1:1, but the area manager ended up telling us that they were just going to hire us right away because we were all referrals and they desperately needed people. We were not asked any questions. They had us fill out the tax paperwork and get name badges and workshirts right away. They trained us with their 10-key inventory machines with charts on the wall, just basic data entry. It was a very informal meeting, and it was a little disappointing that they did not even screen us in person or try to get to know us past our applications. At the end, they showed us how to log onto their website to retrieve our work schedules. We were told to check it every day if possible because jobs are constantly changing. The interview/training session lasted around 3 hours.

There was no negotiation. The hiring manager explained that we did not have experience with their 10-key machine so they would have to train us, and thus we would be starting at their base pay.
