The Interview was mostly situational case study based. Tested the logical thinking and analytical skills of the candidate. Tested the behavior in group activities. Was pretty much easy.

the interview was conducted first by a staffing agency. it was then followed by an aptitude test. it was then followed by by one to one interview. after that i was interviewed by a senior officer on the phone. they asked general questions . hence it was a simple for those who have knowledge about it.
