The first stage of the process comprised a traditional online application form. The second was a two part online test (verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning). On passing these a telephone interview was conducted. Despite what I have read on elsewhere online the interviewer was very pleasant and clearly audible. The questions were standard competency based ones.

IQ Test, followed by Technical paper subjective in nature, with questions on strength of materials. Then assessed on the basis of answers of the questions.Reasons and explanation, understandinng of subject asked for clearly.
