I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Waffle House.

    Interview Details

First, I called a hotline where I answered various personality questions. Then, I contacted the store to get an interview with the general manager. I had two interviews. I thought the general manager was very young and hip. I thought the district manager was friendly, but serious. The interview was at a table where the customers eat, not an office. The work culture is very energetic and stressed, but lethargic and dissatisfied.

    Interview Questions
    • Did you put in your two weeks at your last job? It didn’t work like that at my last job. My last job was also a minimum wage position and if you wanted to quit, then you would tell the manager and that was it.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
I was not able to negotiate. This is a good position if you are in your late teens or early twenties.

They should put more into finding people that would be good at the job not just a body with how many people needs jobs they could get better workers if worked to keep and hire people willing to be clean hard workers. All they ask is when you could start working.
