Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Omaha, NE May 2008 – Reviewed Aug 16, 2012
Interview Details – They contacted me. Mid managers very professional, yet lacking details about job descriptions, expectations, etc. Upper management was vague and a bit ADHD (all over the map). Did not have prepared questions and seemed as if the interview had been dropped on them at the last moment. Made it very uncomfortable.
Interview Question – They didn't really ask hard questions. However, they did make everyone take the Wunderlich test (IQ, personality, etc) Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They left no room for negotiation. It was a take it or leave it proposition.
