Interviewed Jan 2012 in Deerfield, IL (took 2 months)
Applied on company web site the day the job was posted it took 2 weeks after that to get the initial phone screen interview with h.r. recruiter. Phone screen last about 30 minutes, just basic questions about my resume and my career history was then told I would be scheduled for a 2nd phone interview with the hiring manager. It wasn't until another 2 weeks later and sending 2 follow-up emails did I get scheduled for the 2nd phone interview.
The 2nd phone interview was a technical interview with the hiring manager. Lasted 30 minutes, no detailed questions were even asked about my resume, how do I approach problems, what kind of projects I've worked on. Instead it was one of those trivia quiz type interviews. Around 6 trivia questions about Javascript and CSS. To me this is the worst way to interview someone, especially if they've been out school for over 15 years. To me these questions are meant for college grads who have no work experience. If someone has experience then you ask them about their experience you don't quiz them as if they are on some silly game show. Nevertheless I did not do well because the questions were so random and so textbook specific instead of how do I use and apply the language.
It then took another whole month and about 3 follow up emails from me to find out I didn't get the job. The worst part is that as of today another whole month after being rejected the job is still open!!!!

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Deerfield, IL (took a day)
I only had one interview with Walgreens after applying to their Merchandising Analyst Rotational Program. There were a series of standard questions, asking to draw on my experiences. An example is, "Can you describe a time when you used financial analysis for a project?" Overall, I (personally) felt that I hadn't prepared well enough for the interview because I did not have examples or stories prepared for such questions. HR was friendly.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Deerfield, IL (took 2+ weeks)
I got this interview from our campus recruiting. It was an 2 year rotations program which helps you get your feet wet in different apartment. The interview was the hardest one ever! They have 2 recruiters in the same room interviewing me, asked me a lot of behavior questions, some questions are very long and unusual. They did not ask any thing on my resume.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Deerfield, IL (took 2 weeks)
Overall, the process was done very well. I had an on-campus interview, which consisted of mostly behavioral questions with a few technical/job specific questions at the end. It was a two on one interview. I was invited to their campus for second rounds the next day. The second round consisted of two interviews in the exact same format as the first. Again, mostly behavioral with a few technicals.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Chicago, IL (took 3 days)
This was my first job. I was 16 years old, I have an aunt who is a manager in a surrounding store. Walgreens works like that sort of, more of who you know and not what you know if you are first starting out. I did an online application, got a call from the store manager and went in. It was pretty simple, he asked rountine questions. He told me how they normally try for older employees because of labor laws etc. but he was impressed by my focus and maturity. I was set up on a IQ/Skills test and background/drug test and was working within a week and a half.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Deerfield, IL (took a day)
I saw the position post and apply online. It's the tax transaction internship. They call me for a phone interview a week after I submit the application. After a few days of the phone interview, they sent me email to schedule an office interview. They have a small building for HR. When I got there, I saw the interviewer (from the name tap) was standing there to wait for a room to interview me.
