Interviewed Jan 2009 in Hollywood, FL (took a day)
Already worked for the company. They were opening a central operations facility in SoFla. Interviewed to work in that facility, but the pay was ridiculously low. Had to take a data entry test and interviewed with district trainer.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Deerfield, IL (took 8 weeks)
Interview process extremely long, and sort of disorganized. Advice: be patient. HR people are very nice, but not very helpful. My offer packet had to be resent twice before I received it. I had to rush to complete the drug test. Advice: be patient. Seems like there is a lot of teamwork that goes into the hiring process, and there are so many delays.

position that i applied for was c++ programmer on windows.on the phone i told them about my experience.it was not technical at all. then they flew me to phoenix and that's where I was asked c++,mfc, multithreading and sql questions.it was very basic.had no problems cracking it.the manager also showed me their facilities and was extremely friendly and clear about the job details.it was an excellent experience overall.took the offer without a blink of an eye.
