Interviewed Apr 2010 in Oklahoma City, OK (took 2 weeks)
There were two phone interviews lasting approximately 30 minutes each. One was with the regional manager. The other was with the online recruiter. Both interviews were conducted by pharmacists.

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took a day)
I was an intern and there was no interview. They knew my performance and I guess it was above nonkilling people because a number of the pharmacists that were hired on had no idea.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Drug Test.

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 4+ weeks)
I was working as an intern in another state. The district manager in my former state contacted the district manager at my current location and from there we exchanged e-mails with a resume. I then traveled to the new location and had a one on one informal interview with the district manager. It was in a restaurant and was more to get to know each other since I was already made an offer. Good experience over all.

Interviewed Mar 2007 (took 4+ weeks)
Worked as an intern during pharmacy school. PIC sent letter of recommendation to recruiter in SoCal. Was called about a week later and interviewed over the phone about position. Basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, experience, passion. Contacted by district manager and talked into detail about hourly wage, hours, location. Offered a position and I had to complete a drug test and background check. Passed both and was on my way.
