The personality test is stupid you should be able to determine that from the interview not from stupid questions

no negotiation they offered you just what they paid and that was it because thats what they paid for the position take it or leave it

Pretty easy interview. As long as you have a resume and dress business like you will probably get the job. You are supposed to interview with a manger and then a second interview with the district manager. Sometime they will skip the second interview and offer you the job.
