Interview Details – Hiring process goes through on-line application, and management must review online applications to submit for jobs. Manager interviews are conducted in a panel interview process, and three applicants must be interviewed - then approved through the market office.
Interview Question – All questions are situational, and personal related - detailed example of what you would do, how you handled a situation, what was the outcome, who did you involve, what would you do differently, and how did your decisions help or impact the outcome. View Answer

Interview Details – At the panel interviews make sure to dress sharp. All the men wore suits and the women wore something equivalent. The two people that did not dress business professional were in the group of people that did not get a job offer.

Interview Details – 1st interview was a phone interview. Then you have to walk the store with a Store and Co manager. You walk the Backroom, Produce and appeal. you have to give out notes like your the store manager
