Interviewed at Walmart

Interview Details – The hiring process at Wal-mart was quite simple. It only took me a couple days to hear back for an interview and the HR admin were very kind and polite. I went in for an interview a few days later and it was very informal and easy-going. There was approximately 10 questions I had to answer and the interviewer was very calm. I ended up getting the job but didn't end up taking it because I wanted to work somewhere else.

Interview Question – Tell me about yourself?   Answer Question

Clerk

I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Walmart in June 2009.

Interview Details – This was a very simple interview. Probably the easiest I have ever had but I think basically so many people are hired on, that it is very impersonal. There are many students and old people that are employed there. Because the economy is so sluggish, there are many people applying for a job here.

Interview Question – How well do you interact with others?   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – not enough $
