CphT Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate
Houston, TX

I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Walmart in September 2011.

Interview Details – I had a one on one interview with both the store manager and the pharmacist. The store manager asked me a series of 5 questions such as, "describe a time in your life when you had to solve a problem on your own. what was the situation, and how did you solve it." The questions weren't difficult to answer, but they all seemed to be the same. I felt like I'd been answering the same questions over and over again so I had to quickly rethink of another similar situation. Anyway, after the interview with the store manager, I was told to come back in 15 minutes for the second interview. I came back and met with the pharmacist and she asked me the same questions that the store manager asked me! She laughed a lot, said she liked my shoes, and then asked if I had any questions and said she'd be giving me a call within the week to tell me whether I have the job or not.
