applied online. got a call a few days later. standard interview of 3-5 questions. questions were situtional/ behavioral questions. very simple.

I applied online, within 2 days I received a phone call. I waited for an hour to see the first manager. Once the interview was under way it took about 30 minutes. I believe there were only 2 interviews total. The first was an hourly supervisor who explained I was her first interview. After she read off her questions, the salaried assistant manager asked a few questions. He then explained the pay would be quite low, but offered me a condition that if my productivity remained high I would get the first available department to manage. They tend to make a lot of promises so I would say it is a good idea to get what you can in writing. If they sign it, then they really mean it.

Mostly situational questions.

Negotiation Details

No room to negotiate. After the interview you are offered barely above minimum wage regardless of experience. You will get told by many of the managers it is hard economic times, blah blah... It is an employers market, so they will low ball you and explain they receive a 1000 aps a month.
