Interviewed May 2012 (took a day)
It was a brief 30 minute interview. Went well, covered the basics. Only complaint is that I was told that I would hear one way or another in the next week. I waited two weeks and followed up. Received a system generated email thereafter.

Interviewed Apr 2012 in Albany, NY (took a day)
I filled out an application online. I received a phone call within a week from personnel asking me to come in for an interview. I met with my soon-to-be Assistant Manager and another employee (not sure what position he held). They asked me questions about my application (what I did at former jobs, availability, education) and gave me scenarios and asked what I would do in each scenario. Then my Assistant Manager and I went off and walked around my future work area, and he showed me what I'd be doing and gave me an idea of how to do it. We discussed the problems the department has been having. Then we returned to the personnel office and discussed my employment.

Negotiation Details
The salary was already set in stone. He told me I could change my availability if I desired to. I needed to complete a drug test at a secure location within 24 hours of the job offer otherwise it was void. Not much room for negotiation; however, I could not think of anything I really wanted to negotiate.
