Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 2 days)
There were 2 1:1 Interviews. The first interviewer read off the paper, yet did not write anything down. He was very keen and observant when listening to my answers, so I go extremely nervous. I stuttered and couldn't speak in complete sentences. However, I gather my confidence and finished strong. The second interview is tomorrow and he asked to bring any form of ID. So, I think it's safe to say I got the job. Got the job.

Interviewed Aug 2008 (took a day)
It starts with a phone interview that basically is verifying if you may be interested in a position, what location, and you availability to setup an appointment. A key for getting to this company is to have open availability in both hours and days. The interview consists of 1:1 with 3 different people. Each person just reviewing some parts of your application and asking general questions concerning ethics, leadership, have you ever compromise, etc. The final person alerts you if your hired, what the pay will be, the start date, what certs are required, you are given 24h to take a urine test at any of the clinics near you. Instant results. I did mine same day, and was ready to start on the following monday. It is a simple process.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Athens, OH (took a day)
Called in for an interview, but not told the position. I met with an hourly manager who gave me a print out of my online app to OK. Several statements to approve/OK pre-hire (Drug test policy, ADA statement, etc.) Then he asked standardized/pre-printed questions and rated my answers on a 1-5 scale. Describe a time: when you gave great customer service, what about a difficult customer, tell about you took a short cut and what happened, what if you didn't have time to properly complete a job. Was asked about time management, too. Having approved my answers I waited while he keyed my answers and get asalary manager.
*as I waited in the training board I read the "hiring process" poster: 1. READ application, 2. Call for interview....Hourly manager interview, Salary manager interview, make offer, accept offer...call references...set orientation
Salary manager questions were just a simple as the last interview and almost redundant. Tell about when you had to break a rule, stick to a rule, and bend a rule. Asked about time management/priority setting.
Was given an offer well below what I asked for as a minimum on the app. (and part time <32 hours) Declined and was warned that "OK if you do, but once I enter that you (decline, you) are kicked out of the system for, like, 90 days, I think, until you can be considered again, (or) reapply."
