You are called to come in to an interview. You interview with a department manager or a zone manager. If they like you you are interviewed by an assistant manager. They then tell you your pay rate and enter information on to a computer. You are told to come back a few days later to do orientation, you play a board game, go on a tour, and do some computer based training for a week.
