Interview Details

There were two interviews in total. First was just the screening round, where the interviewer just wanted to know about my GPA and work authorization and stuff like that. The second interview was with the DC GM and this was a video call interview

    Three or Four phone interviews before being invited to Bentonville for a face to face. Phone interviews focused on typical behavioral questions. When interviewing for a position with Walmart it is important to express an interest in the culture and history of the company. Walmart seeks a mature candidate that will be with the company for the long-term.
