Interviewed Jan 2012 in Bentonville, AR (took 2 weeks)
Walmart provide an excellent candidate experience. The recruiters are courteous, pleasant, and do their best to answer any questions. They review their benefits and provide ample opportunity to ask questions. The interview process was prompt and followed the schedule outlined. Overall, very professional. I recommend persistence in applying for ISD jobs. They are constantly hiring as a large organization with a lot of movement internally.
