Interview Details – Everyone at Wal-mart was very friendly and organized. When it was time for my interview I had to go to site to store and meet with the Zone Manager and she asked me a series of questions, including what my experience was, where i'm from, and what I do best. Then when I was done meeting with her she said "I'm going to move you on to your next interview with a assistant mananger". He then came into the room asked me what seemed to me the same questions worded differently. He then said I am going to extend you a job offer. I was then explained the procedure of what to do and where to go take my drug test, signed a series of papers stating that I give permission to have a background check. The Assistant Mananger then told me I would be contacted when my drug test and background checked came in. About 1 week later I had recieved a call from the personal mananger and she said everything came back good and made me a appointment for my orientation.

I was given no notice I would be given an interview that day, so it was fairly hard to prepare for. They pulled me into the cash office and sat me down and started asking questions
