Interview Details – 3 interviews first is a basic interview if you pass that they send you to another more detailed interview with an assistant manager and depending on how bad they need people if you pass that you either have an interview with the store manager or they'll tell you immediately what time to come back for your third interview. During your third interview if the store manager likes you he will send you to personnel to fill out a background check and send you off for a drug test. Interview question consisted of past work experiences, the typical "why should we choose you", "why do you want to work for us" its a typical interview. Please be aware when you go to a interview with Walmart no matter what time you get there or how many people are there Walmart will keep you there for up to 3 hours ! I've worked at two and how the manager treat sale associates never changed. Don't sweat it too much if you don't ace the interview anyone who works at Wally World knows how full of hot air Walmart is.
