I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Walmart in August 2013.
Interview Details – The interview was simple and laid back. They asked standard interview questions relating to co-worker troubles, when did I go above the requirements of work, how have I responded to difficult customers, etc. The questions were not difficult and most people with some work experience can answer them relatively easily.
Interview Question – Question about how I handled a disgruntled employee or bad co-worker. I wasn't prepared for these questions and didn't have a good response handy. Got hired anyway. Answer Question
