Interview Details – I applied online and was called three weeks later by personnel for an interview, I had two interviews. The first one was with a Zone Supervisor who asked me about 5 very basic questions, I then had a second interview right away with the Front End Assistant Mgr who asked me 5 more questions but were a little more difficult. After the interview he shook my hand and thanked me for applying and said he would call my references and give me a call. I waited 3 days and got a call from Personnel asking me to come in for a job offer, I went in and accepted that job offer which is non negotiable, signed a few papers including a drug test and criminal background check form. I completed both of those and received a call back that same day by personnel asking me what date I could come in for orientation. I had orientation two days later and came back two days after that for my first shift which included computer based learning modules. I completed those and was assigned register logins and trained for one hour before going on my own.

Interview Details – I applied to Walmart several times online, sometimes never getting a response. I've had my fifth separate interview with them, all of them for different low positions. I never got any of the jobs. I dont know where I went wrong, I think they may have discriminated against me because of my disability. Anyway, I know their is this cutthroat work the employees to death type of thing. I do not recommend working there.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time you've had an issue with a co-worker. Answer Question

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Walmart in November 2013.
Interview Details – I applied online and called the next week. They ha no positions left so they told me I was on a list. (Call back-- it helps a lot!) about a week or two later they called me in for an interview that day. I had about an hour to get ready for it all (which was a little nerve-wracking). The interview consisted of one lady asking situational type questions. If you have anxiety and can't think of answers on the spot, I recommend researching it. She made me go out to the bench while they did my background check and I came back. She did the other questions, same type. I believe some people, at this time, have a different person/people interviewing them but I didn't. She was really nice. She told me afterward to come in on Monday (it was Saturday) for something called a "meet and greet" which is basically a job offer and the drug/urine test. Nine times out of ten, that means you have the job.
Interview Question – If you're not a quick thinker, they all can be. Situational questions regarding judgement, experience, outcome of most. View Answer

I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Walmart in March 2011.
Interview Details – When I interviewed I was taken back to personal where a zsm interviewed me first after the zms decided if they liked me or not a manager came in and interviewed me. The questions are very repetitive. If they liked you they give you a drug test pack and send you on your way and you have to take it to where they tell you to be drug tested and they call you back once you passed and give you a date to start orientation.
Interview Question – i was asked alot; Give me an example of when you had to work in a group and you took intuitive. How was the outcome and what was the most testing moment and why? Answer Question
