Overall, the people who did the recruiting didn't ask me many questions. They spent most of the time telling me about their company and the position. Although my resume could show some of my skills and abilities, I got the sense that the company just needed someone with a pulse to work for them. It seems like a nice little company but it is very small and set in its ways.

Reason for Declining
The total compensation was far too low. The salary was way below the market and the healthcare was extremely expensive.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
