Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 2 weeks)
Consisted of a couple conversations with the WC recruiter, a personality/IQ test, a video interview, a interview with the hiring manager and a final interview with the regional manager. It went really fast and I loved the urgency. if they like you then they like you, they dont mess around! It was great! Everyone was amazingly nice and went out of their way to accommodate you. The recruiter preps you for the interview a bit and was really really nice. I happily accepted the offer. This company has it together and is very organized. Great first impression and I'm looking forward to many great years with WC!!

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 1 week)
HR recruiter called, no notice, glad I was prepared. Conversation was great it lasted about 30 min. I took the online IQ and skills test, moved to the next phase, and interview on line (it is a timed interview, NO interaction, answer to a black screen, the 10 basic questions appear on the right, you have 30 seconds to think about and 3 min to answer) I will never opt for an interview process like this again. An interview is stressful enough but by adding an interview process like this is not worth the headache.
Why can't you take the time and skype with your candidates? This is a sales position and you are selling, promoting and educating to real live doctors, not selling to a blank screen.

Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 1 week)
I was contacted by an internal recruiter at 6PM on a Tuesday. When I expressed interest, I was told to complete an online assessment, and also I had to make a complete a video interview...it had to be done that night because in person interviews were on Thursday. The video interview (online, get your webcams ready!) was a series of 10 questions; you were given 30 seconds to read the question, and had to respond with your answer. You can't redo!!!
The recruiter followed up with me the next day to set the in person interview...but plans changed and I had to fly to Atlanta the following week (Thurs). Fast forward to the next Monday, I finally receive travel confirmation: 6:00AM (CST) flight for a 10:00AM (EST) interview. When I got to the airport, I found out that I never had a seat assignment and had to fly on standby. Didn't get a seat on the plane. I was put on the next flight at 9:30, stand by again. My recruiter told me to do whatever I could to get to ATL and they would work around my schedule. I wasn't able to get a confirmed flight before 4:30PM, which obviously didn't work.
So, we decided to Skype interview for the same time at 10:00. I sat online for 45 minutes only to be told by the recruiter that they were running late and needed to reschedule. So we pushed it to 12:30. However again they tried to reschedule to later that day.
They were 15 minutes late on our 12:30 interview too (which only gave us 30 minutes of time). Not once did either acknowledge their complete disregard for the earlier Skype interview, or for being late this interview. They asked me a few questions with one of the last one's being, "If you were in line at Starbuck's at the busiest time of the day and someone cut in front of you, what would you do?" I answered that I would direct them to the back of the line. At the end of the 30 minutes of time, they said they didn't think I had to work hard for my success during my 6 years of sales experience.
So after all of this, I would describe the interview experience as unorganized and chaotic. Also, I found it inappropriate when I was told I didn't have to work hard for my sales success. The manner in which they deliver feedback is very brash and borderline rude. I will admit that the recruiter told me the culture was direct. But there is a difference between being direct and professional vs brash and insulting.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 4+ weeks)
The interview process took many steps from start to finish. The position was narrowed down from over 50 people to myself and one other. In the end they decided to offer the position to the other candidate, but i went though all the steps. They included (in this order): phone interview with recruiter, online personality test, online taped interview, face-to-face interview with District Manager, full day ride along with rep in the territory you are applying for, full day ride along with the District Manager.

Phone interview, manager interview, fly to NJ to meet regional manager. Then you get offer. Training two weeks very shorly after offer letter. Worst HR dept ever. Did most of work alone with no help, managers worked to death and rarely can devote 100% of time to you for even a few minutes.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Denver, CO (took 2 months)
Initially I submitted my resume online for the position. A Warner Chilcott recruiter called me for a 30 minute phone call discussing why I wanted to be a pharma rep, my background, and additional expectations of the job. She proceeded to send me a personality and IQ, along with video conference interview. Asking questions in 60 seconds and given 3 minutes to answer via video (no one was present on the other side of the video interview). I was called after submitting my tests for a second phone interview asking similiar questions as the first phone interview. I paid to fly out to my interview for the first 1:1 interview with my manager. After making it through the 1:1, I took a drug test. After the results were back I went on a ridealong with a local rep to get the full experience. After completing that I was flown out by the company to meet my soon to be manager and their regional manager where I was given the offer on the spot. I was called that night to confirm that I got the job from the recruiter and started two weeks later.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
The phone interview was sprung on me with no forewarning -- good thing I was prepared. Lasted about 30 minutes, and was asked STAR method questions, and asked to pitch a product over the phone. Also be prepared to give extensive examples of past work experiences. Be prepared everyone!
I was then asked to take an online assessment - frankly reminded me of the SATS. They were analogy type questions. Apparently my answers were too far outside of the perimeter for what they were looking for.
Better luck next time!
