Washington Mutual Customer Service Manager Interview

Interviewed May 2007 (took 1+ week)

The interview was for an internal position at the company I was working for. Although I knew the hiring manager, we did know each other well and I dont believe he had much prior knowledge of my skills and experience. I was asked very few typical interview questions. The majority of the questions were presentation of a task and asking what I would do in the situation or presenting a challenge and asking how I would overcome it. I was given the opportunity to tell him "anything else I think he should know" and I used that as my chance to provide answers to the "unasked" questions about my experience and skills.
