Interviewed Aug 2011 in Providence, RI (took 3 weeks)
A lot of talking. Mostly on the phone and a skills assessment. You just need to appear to be very very friendly and goals oriented... They ask scenario questions. Difficult customer situations. Overcoming challenges. Basically focus on making the customer happy, working as a team and knowing your facts.
The whole thing is very robotic. Nothing felt genuine.
