Interview was three stages.
Phone interview with HR to review opportunity.
Phone interview to test basic understanding of job role and personal job history review.
In personal review with all team members, starting with lowest rank IT personnel, other admins, then with department manager.
The discussion centered around job history and personal experience. My questions centered around open projects and inter-departmental cooperation.
Reason for Declining
Received another offer that was a better fit for my career goals.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

Received email from corporate recruiter to set up a phone interview. Phone interview questions were fairly standard, brief introduction and quick summary of professional experience. Interviewer asked some very specific questions about certain Sarbanes sections around revenue recognition.
Also focused heavily on the various systems they used and asked whether I had experience with those systems. This seemed to weighted much more heavily than I was expecting. Unfortunately, I hadn't had direct experience with their systems, and I think that was the deal breaker.
