Interviewed Jul 2010 (took a day)
I had a first round of phone screening by the person whom with which if i got hired will be working with, which was simple and short. Then had been called for on site interview which lasted for few hours. I interview was pretty easy going, not much difficult questions. Team members were easy going and spirited people. Since it was a gaming industry they might have been looking for a candidate who had some experience/interest towards gaming. After a month or so got an email saying "Hired other Candidate".

The interview process at Watercooler is a breeze. They are prompt about getting back to you for coming in for an interview and prompt about choosing a candidate. In the interview they try to get a feel for who you are and what you can do rather than who you aren't and what you can't do. Great atmosphere in the office as well.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Redwood City, CA (took a day)
The interview process was a group interview with two of the people I'd be working with if hired which consisted of just going over what I might be doing in a regular business day, and how I would go about dealing with my duties and potential obstacles. There was some skill based questions also mostly around problems that could arise in day to day duties. The second interview was one on one that was more based on my personality and skill set. They asked all the cliche questions about where you want to go, why you want to be here, and we were both smart enough not to BS each other.
My one biggest problem was my recruiter. She send me a job requirement the week before the interview and I loved it. The day before the interview I got an info email about time/date/location, and I noticed it was for a completely different position. I called the interviewer on it and she just said we had "Discussed it before" and that they thought I'd be better suited for another position. In a stroke of luck I didn't really care because the other position is just as good for me as the other in terms of skill and desirability, but this was a GIANT mistake. I was a little miffed at the unethical actions of submitting my candidacy for a position I didn't authorize, but in my haste to simply get an interview for a job I'd like I really fouled up.
First off I realized that I didn't even have a job requirement, but luckily I had plenty of knowledge about this kind of position. Sadly though, going into the interview and I think this misunderstanding cost my any goodwill from the company. When I interviewed I mentioned this semi-unethical treatment to my interviewers, and how I was interested in the other position initially since I wasn't aware until recently which position I was interviewing for.
This was a huge mistake because today I got nothing but badness. The recruiter was angry that I mentioned the other position, the company was angry at the recruiter and me for wasting their time, and everyone just seems to hate each other.
Lesson learned: Don't let a recruiter push you around.
