Interviewed Oct 2009 in Boston, MA (took a day)
Only had the first interview with a couple of guys for the Actuarial Analyst position in Fall 2009. They were asking mostly typical behavioral questions and needed specific examples in the answers. I was told they would contact me within a week to tell me if I have moved on to the next stage of interviewing but it took them more like three weeks.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Reigate, England (United Kingdom) (took 8 weeks)
At the assessment centre we had several test- numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning. This was followed by an interview with 2 actuaries. The interview was fairly relaxed with standard competency based questions. Some abstract "thinking outside the box" type questions towards the end. Next I had to take part in a role play with a member of their staff which I was given time to prepare for. There was also a group discussion followed by a written exercise.
