Interviewed Jul 2010 in Boston, MA (took 1 week)
Phone call involves a "walk me through your resume" standard question, and then a mini-case talking about general SEO. Second round interview was just a bunch of skills tests about whether or not you can do algebra on the spot to figure out some common scenarios. Also did a market sizing question and a regular non-numbers type case. Consisted of three, two person interviews. Employees seemed generally dry and bored with their work. After you do some of these cases, you might be pretty bored too. Having fumbled a case, not surprised I wasn't offered a position.

The interviewer was really nice and answered positively to my scenario responses. He asked me to sell him a marker and then asked how I would deal with a made-up scenario. He seemed impressed with everything, yet they never contacted me again, though, despite my emails. I never even met the person that made the decision to not hire me.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Boston, MA (took a day)
I was contacted by email after applying to the job online to find availability. I replied through email, and the interview was set for early the next week. I have never set up an interview through email before, which was strange.
The interview itself was very basic, as it is an entry level position. They ask you a set of questions to judge your personality and how you handle different situations. They want to know that you are a competent and intelligent person that can deal with people. The manager that conducted the interview was very straightforward and willing to give plenty of feedback. After they finish asking you questions they lay out the compensation and benefits leaving no questions or room for salary negotiation (again entry level) and show you the office environment. They leave letting you know that they should get back to you within the week about their decision. (Which again is a nice thing when job searching)
I was contacted again through email 2 days later asking to interview for another position within the company.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Boston, MA (took 2 weeks)
The interview asked bizzare questions. I felt confident about my performance but was not offered the job. I inquired why and learned that they felt i was overqualified. From what i have read it seems they expected I would not have remained at the job for long.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Boston, MA (took a day)
The interview was mostly a chat about the company, and there were some generic sort of questions about how I would describe myself. I think she mostly just wanted to get a sense of how coherent I was, the questions were a bit out of left field.

As some of the folks who have interviewed for the middle or even entry level management have shared already, interviews are conversations, if you are talking to more experienced folks. Only the dummies there with almost no experience will make you do the resume recital. You will know who they are the moment they show up in front of you.
If you end up talking to senior folks, you will enjoy your interview. But if you end up talking to one of those recent MBAs... at least do your best to pretend you are not talking to someone who could not get a job at real consulting company or ibank even with their Ivy degree. There is a reason why they did not.
Process of interviewing is simple: phone screen and then you get invited to their office for bunch of in-person interviews.
My advice:
#1. If you don't have Ivy League school on your resume - don't bother. The moment they realize you are not one of them, the snarky attitude starts.
#2. They will push you on salary requirements and then inform you they pay under market.
#3. Unless you like to work with outdated software, outdated technologies, outdated business processes - skip CSN.
#4. Almost every mid-management position is Excel jokey type job. They LOVE analysis paralysis.
#5. Skip business formal (suit etc.). Only women are dressed decently there. Most men are dressed like it is their laundry day and they are out of good clothes.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Boston, MA (took 2 weeks)
I met with two of the hiring managers. Both of them were very intelligent and were interesting to talk to. Not many interview questions were asked it was mostly a dialogue about the business. The office was very chic and exciting.
I showed concern about the negative reviews I read on this website which they acknowledged and explained to me why there were so many bad reviews. One thing to note is that upper management has made the entire staff aware of these bad reviews which I thought showed good leadership.
Overall it was one of the most enjoyable interviewing experiences Ive had.

Got in touch with the HR person in a career fair. Then, had a phone screening interview with him. Then another, phone screen interview with Technical guy. Then, invited to the on-site interview. The on-site interview consisted of two sessions. Each session was with two people. The on-site interview consisted of personality, conjecture type of questions, and also technical questions.
