Company posted needs on local paper and web sites like monster and careerbuilder.
Answered post on monster, but no reply for over 3 weeks. Followed up with a phone call, was told very busy, please wait a few more weeks. Three more weeks go by. Was about to give on employer, but finally got a call and phone interview. Hiring was quick after first phone interview.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test and a Drug Test.
