I applied through a recruiter and the process took a day - interviewed at Weaver Boos Consultants in September 2012.
Interview Details – I was interviewed by three pairs of employees across the entire spectrum of the hierarchy. I was also interviewed one-on-one by the department manager, who at one point did a quick skills test by instructing me to draw a hydrograph (basic hydrology knowledge) on the whiteboard.
Interview Question – What did you dislike the least about the management style of your previous supervisor? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The manager of my department negotiated salary. I used the salary of my previous job as a personal point of reference. I ultimately made the mistake of selling myself short. Whatever you think is reasonable for the market, demand 20% more and see what it gets you.
