I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at WebEx in August 2011.
Interview Details – While living in Sacramento, I was contacted by an old friend who knew his company was hiring in the near future. So naturally, I prepared my resume and sent it over to him as quickly as possible. A week or so later I was contacted by phone for a screening and to set up an additional phone interview with the department manager. The interview was about 30 min of general background and work history. After a bit of chit-chat, the interviewer asked to set up an in person interview. 2 days later I had 2:1 interview with the dept. manager and one of the staff. The interview was very relaxed and we covered a variety of topic from work history, again and technical knowledge. I was told I would be contacted soon for next steps. About a week or so later I received a call letting me know that they were looking for someone with other qualifications but would keep my resume on file for later hirings.
