Interview Details – I found this position through Craigslist. I interviewed with the director of my prospective department. It was very relaxed, chatting my way through my resume and employment history. I was asked to produce a writing sample to gauge my skill and fit for the position. There weren't resources to hire me outright, so I kept in contact and wasn't hired until 4 months later on a part-time basis.
