Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 3 weeks)
Not complicated process. They use an independent recruiter for the initial screen and she posts ads on some obscure sites. The independent recruiter was very nice. The one on one depends on your department, but overall the process seems to be more about personality fit. I've heard development positions require a skill test and one of the Sr. Developers can be a major jerk to show off his own skills. The customer support is easy to pass if you push customer care skills since they spend a lot of time apologizing to customers for changes, outages and broken functions.

Negotiation Details
You get lowballed. They cover it by stressing they are a startup and you have to "prove" yourself. But don't expect to see an increase. If you are offered below market rate for your skill set, keep looking. The promises of increases do not happen.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
