Websense Inside Sales Representative Interview

Interviewed Jun 2010 in San Diego, CA (took 2 days)

First part of interview was with a Junior Recruiter (basically went over position again and asked questions about resume). Second part of interview was with the Hiring Manager for the department. They tend to ask behavior and hypotheticals that seem standard. The last part of the interview was role-playing.
