Interviewed Nov 2011 in Brockport, NY (took a day)
At about the first week of November I posted for the job title at Human Resource. I had to fill out a four page job posting application detailing my work and personal background. At the end of the second week, on Thursday, I received a call telling me that I was to interview for the job title the next day. I began my interview with the HR Rep. and Front End Manager. The questions were well crafted but my answers were not the best. I was asked such questions as were I see myself in two and five years, why I wanted the posting, wheather I was aware of the changes in benefits and how Wegmans would benefit by offering me the posting. It was the only interview required. I did not get the job posting. However, I was given good advice on what I needed to do to improve my situation. The Front End Management really cared about my position at work. They communicated that they would help me to progress within the company. The interview process was conducted in a very professional manner from beginning to end. I really like working for these people.

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Rochester, NY (took a day)
Pretty straightforward interview, with the basic behavioral questions (tell me about a time that...). I met with a Human Resources Manager, then I met with the warehouse manager. The interviews lasted a little more than an hour. It seems that they were looking for a good fit in terms of personality and how well I would fit into their mission statement. Honestly, I thought the interviewing process would be more difficult.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation. They offered a fair salary which I accepted. The salary wasn't great, but it was enough. I also received health insurance, but I need to pay a portion of the premium.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Rochester, NY (took 1 week)
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I had a phone interview with an HR representative, followed by a group interview with 2 project managers in the organization. I assume my hiring process was sped up because I was a former Wegmans employee; they already had most of my information on file.
