I applied through an employee referral - interviewed at Weis Markets in May 2013.
Interview Details – To be honest, I don't remember much about the hiring and interview process. I know I filled out a paper application and I was called back within 3 days. I had to appear at the store's HR office and take a personality test. I had to give them social security and do the typical background check stuff. I waited I think maybe a week before I got a call back (reasonable amount of time to wait, I think). I went in on the day they wanted to see me and the (now former) assistant store manager conducted my interview. It was very typical "Name a time you helped a customer" etc. Easy stuff. It wasn't too long after that I was hired to work for Weis.
Interview Question – Anything that involved thinking of a time a customer was really happy with my service. That's only because I've had several instances where a customer had been happy with me and it's hard to remember everything in exact detail. Answer Question
