Well I needed to take a drug test first but that was not really hard. I was then called back to have an interview at their office and a few days later went in to talk with them. It was not long and they only asked a few questions, like why do you want this job? and stuff like that. It was really easy.

I didn't really do much to negotiate because I am only a teen. Anything would do. I just needed a lot of days off for school and that was okay at first but they never held up their end.

The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and a Drug Test.
