Interviewed Nov 2009 in Indianapolis, IN (took a day)
After checking out open positions on the company web site, I submitted an application online. It took about three-four weeks to be contacted for a face-to-face interview. I met with a supevisor and her supervisor. The interview too about 70 minutes. I thought it went well. We discussed my extensive nursing experience, and although I had less than a years experience in home health case management, I thought I answered all questions well. I was told I would be contacted by email by the Friday of the following week. Three weeks later, I got an email that said I was no longer under consideration. The interviewers were very friendly and asked pecepive qestions. Quite frankly, I was surprised that I didn't get the job. I didn;t get a tour of the area, but it seemed to be a series of cubicles. It was fairly quiet with an occasional phone ringing. I was surprised though when the higher management person was called out of the interview for a brief period. Seemed like a nice place to work.

Interviewed Apr 2007 (took 2+ weeks)
Phone interview with hiring manager and panel interview with hiring manager peers along with phone interview with hiring managers boss. More common is at least 1 in person interview. Panel interviews are VERY common and it is VERY typical to also interview with the hiring managers direct manager (so a skip level up interview)

Negotiation Details
No negotiation on salary, pretty much a fixed range based on job, start date is negotiable
Advice to others: clarify future of the position, organizational position and organizational future. WLP re orgs almost annualy so make sure you like the position and dont fall in lov with manager as h/she will change
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 2 days)
Very simple process due to the virtual environment of the company. Applied for job on internal site, within a couple weeks of the posting close date, a recruiter called to schedule discussion. The hiring manager called and interviewed for 30 min-1 hr, within 2-3 weeks later a decision was made an offer extended, I countered with desires after consulting with my current manager. I highly recommend offering the courtesy of notifying current manager when interviewing for a job, this will only help you. If you are a solid employee they can be the extra help that is needed to decide! I started on my new job within 3 weeks after I accepted the offer.

Negotiation Details
easy, simply between you and your recruiter not the hiring manager. But given the job field I would recommend always counter the first offer. It simply shows that you are willing to negotiate in tough situations and depending on location there is typically room for negotiation.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview.

Interviewed Aug 2008 in Atlanta, GA (took 4 weeks)
The interviews consisted of a combination of behavioral questions as well as questions regarding past experience. The one on one interview was with a recruiter who asked general questions about situations with conflict, ability to work cross-functionally, ability to deal with challenges on a team, a time when you failed etc. Also asked the usual walk me through your resume highlighing your most significant achievements question.
The panel interview was similar but they were looking for specific instances where your past experience mirrored challenges in their internal structure. Obviously you need to know about the history of the company - growth by acquisition, CEO, etc.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 2 weeks)
Applied online. 30 minute phone interview followed by an all morning interview a week later. All morning interview consisted of interviewing with 4 separate people (various positions) then lunch with 2 others closer to my age.
Interview questions were all mostly behavioral. Each person had 3-4 different questions and they took notes as I responded. Some left time for questions at the end and some didn't so try to ask questions through out each interview. Everybody was very friendly and easy to talk to. Very surprised I didn't receive an offer.

Company recruiter selected the resumes for hiring managers to start the first round of phone interview. Then it comes with team lead's second phone interview. Finally on-site skill test and group interivew (most of them are on the phone thanks to the virtual team concept). Well organized interview questions.
