Interview Details – Applied online through monster. Got call for interview by email. The interview panel consisted of 2 person including the Head of Department. It was a shot interview process of around 20-25 minutes with questions on your experience in contracts. However, they required someone with more specific experience in healthcare industry. My resume never displayed experience in healthcare but was called...dont know why???

Interview Details – Interview was very simple. It was a one-on-one interview with the manager. The questions weren't too technical. The questions were more focused on my previous internship experience. When asked about my proficiency about a programming language they took my word on it and didn't test my skills on the subject. It was very simple and stress free.

Interview Details – The hiring manager directly called me for a phone screen. At this time, a review of my resume and interest in the position was done. It was followed by peer and team phone interviews, then two face-to-face interviews. In 2 weeks I was notified as being one of the finalists. A last face-to-face interview was the "run off". I was notified 3 days after of their decision and an informal phone offer was made 3 days later. Fax formal offer given 3 days latter and another 3 days to accept.
