Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 5 days)
I was referred by a Wells Fargo employee and proceeded to apply online. Submitting the information online was quick and easy. Once I submitted I had to answer some questions which are a screening source for them. After that I was sent an email to call their recruiter where I was asked similar questions that I received in the screening. I was immediately given an appointment for the group interview.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 2 days)
I applied online in the website of the company, then I received a call for a Group Interview. I went to the group interview and there were 10 people with me plus the recruiter. There were 3 questions on the board and each of us to answer those questions.
the questions were: Why do you want to be a bank teller? Why in Wells Fargo? What was your two last positions and which title did you hold it there? Which are your gratest strengths and what you can bring to this organization?.
One each of us finished answered those questions, then, the recruiter put a video about the company and about the position, then, she came back and gave us 2 more questions to answer. the first one was: Tell us about a situation you had to meet a sales goal or exceed expectations?, what was the task, what action did you take, and what was the outcome?, the other question was tell us a bout a situation you took an extra step, you put an extra mile to exceed the customer satisfaction? the same format, what was the situation, what did you do, and what was the outcome.
The interview took around 2 hours.
That was around a month ago, then, I received a call on December 31st to go to the secon interview (the panel interview). So, I will see what happen
