Half hour long interview with Wells Fargo. Some tough questions, some not so bad. Found out that the job was a call center type of setting and I was not interested.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in San Diego, CA (took a day)
Manager was old school, seemed like he was just going through the process. Minimium effort, was honest about how tough the lending process was and how difficult it is to keep your job. Did not ask to many questions because would have not recieved an offer. Found out the he hired his friends and it did not work out well. Since being fired, half of the staff was let go shortly after I was.

The interview process was quite simple because I knew the manager before I actually sat down and interviewed with him. The interview was very relaxed and conversational. Asked about ability to find business and new leads. Asked about sales experience and overcoming objections.
