Initially had a Phone conversation with the Lead, later 1 on 1 interview, Interview was easy, few logical questions, puzzles, one program, few sql queries.

Call usually done the hiring team.
They would setup an initial technical interview. They would sound as they are going to give whole lot of good work.
After 2-3 days ,there would be a telephonic conference call with the US team manager, your reporting manager and the technology manager.
Then they would call you for a personal meeting round, where they would collect all the required documents and offer you the offer letter.

Negotiation Details
This is very important with companies like Wells Fargo. The HR would say, that this is the maximum they can offer, however you can still negotiate on that one further.
Check for any bonuses like Hot Skill bonuses, joining bonuses and all.
