I applied online and filled out a standard application, personality/skills test. A recruiter contacted me several days later and scheduled a phone interview for me. I had my phone interview, which was simple and short. She scheduled a 1:1 interview with me for the following day, and it consisted of one person interviewing, while another observed and wrote my responses down. This interview took an hour and included a tour. Everyone seemed pleasant, and honest.
