Very thorough behavior-based interview. Two one-hour calls with the recruiter, a 2 hour phone interview with a panel, then a 90 minute panel interview in the city of employment. Very respectful and thoughtful people. The VP was quite considerate as well. Didn't offer me the position in the city of choice but asked me to re-interview for another position in the west.
