Interviewed Oct 2008 in Santa Barbara, CA (took 1 week)
The interview process for a Licensed Financial Specialist was pretty straight forward. I was put into contact with a recruiter who did a pre-screen which consisted of basic questions about my background, etc. Then was a 2 on 1 interview with the market presidents of the area i was interviewing for. This was roughly an hour long and was a format in which they asked the question ie (name a time when you turned customer service into sales) and the response had to be a specific example from your past.
